How much do you charge?
Some people may think that private tutoring seems expensive. Don’t forget that you aren’t just paying for the hour I am teaching you but also for the preparatory work that I do in order to tailor your session to your particular needs.
- If you come to me in Upton on Severn I charge £20 per hour
- If I travel to you and the distance is under 5 miles I charge £25 per hour
- If I travel to you and the distance is over 5 miles I charge £30 per hour
Bookings
- Your sessions should aim to be on the same day and time. This keeps things simple for both parties and cuts out complicated diary negotiations. I am available Monday to Thursday 10 am – 9 pm and 10 am to 5 pm on a Friday.
How can I pay?
- I accept payment by cash or PayPal
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel between 5 and 7 days before the scheduled session then there will be no charge
- If you cancel between 1 and 2 days before the scheduled session then the charge will be half the hourly rate
- Cancellations on the day will be charged at the full rate
